I am the proud mama of Yoga Bindu in San Pedro, CA. (and of a beautiful baby girl, too!) Yoga Bindu offers classes in the Krishnamacharya blend of hatha yoga, as well as kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I have been a student of yoga for thirty years. It's hard to think of myself doing anything for thirty years, but that's what happens when you're 43. I am certified in both hatha and kundalini yoga, as well as pregnancy yoga with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She, Sada Sat Kaur, Yogi Bhajan, Rod Stryker, and the wonderful Sarasvati Diane Gilbert are my most influential teachers.
