I have been a student of yoga for thirty years. It's hard to think of myself doing anything for thirty years, but that's what happens when you're 43. I am certified in both hatha and kundalini yoga, as well as pregnancy yoga with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She, Sada Sat Kaur, Yogi Bhajan, Rod Stryker, and the wonderful Sarasvati Diane Gilbert are my most influential teachers.
